A. U-turns by private vehicles are hereby prohibited
in the driveways of Firehouse Nos. 1 and 2 and the driveway serving
Novartis Building 122, which building is located on the southwest
corner of the intersection of State Highway 10 and South Ridgedale
Avenue.
B. Appropriate signs indicating "No U-Turn" are to be
posted in conspicuous locations at the driveways of Firehouse Nos.
1 and 2 and Novartis Building 122.
C. The East Hanover Police Department shall issue a summons
to anyone violating this section whenever a U-turn is made in their
presence on the driveway of Firehouse Nos. 1 or 2 or Novartis Building
122.
D. The summons for the violation of this section shall
be heard in the East Hanover Municipal Court, and the penalty shall
be, at a minimum, $100 but not to exceed $1,500.

A. Private vehicles are hereby prohibited from making left-hand turns
from 346 Route 10 onto River Road when exiting the parking lot through
the River Road exit.
B. Appropriate signs indicating "No Left-Turn" are to be posted in conspicuous
locations in the parking lot located on 346 Route 10 and River Road.
C. The East Hanover Police Department shall issue a summons to anyone
violating this section whenever a left-hand turn onto River Road when
exiting the parking lot through the River Road exit is made by a private
vehicle.
D. The summons for the violation of this section shall be heard in the
East Hanover Municipal Court, and the penalty shall be at a minimum
of $100 but not to exceed $1,500.

A. Private vehicles are hereby prohibited from making a left-hand turn
from the existing access driveway from the Castle Ridge Plaza onto
River Road.
B. Appropriate signs indicating "No Left-Turn" are to be posted in conspicuous
locations in the existing access driveway from the Castle Ridge Plaza
onto River Road.
C. The East Hanover Police Department shall issue a summons to anyone
violating this section whenever a left-hand turn from the existing
access driveway from the Castle Ridge Plaza onto River Road is made
by a private vehicle.
D. The summons for the violation of this section shall be heard in the
East Hanover Municipal Court, and the penalty shall be at a minimum
of $100 but not to exceed $1,500.

A. Private vehicles are hereby prohibited from making a left-hand turn
from the existing "right turn only" exit onto River Road from the
TGI Friday's Restaurant.
B. Appropriate signs indicating "No Left-Turn" are to be posted in conspicuous
locations in the existing "right turn only" exit onto River Road from
the T.G.I. Friday's restaurant.
C. The East Hanover Police Department shall issue a summons to anyone
violating this section whenever a left-hand turn from the existing
"right turn only" exit onto River Road from the T.G.I. Friday's restaurant
is made by a private vehicle.
D. The summons for the violation of this section shall be heard in the
East Hanover Municipal Court, and the penalty shall be at a minimum
of $100 but not to exceed $1,500.

A. Private vehicles are hereby prohibited from making a U-turn into
the Castle Ridge Condominiums.
B. Appropriate signs indicating "No U-Turn" are to be posted m conspicuous
locations in the entrance into the Castle Ridge Condominiums.
C. The East Hanover Police Department shall issue a summons to anyone
violating this section whenever a U-turn in the Castle Ridge Condominiums
is made by a private vehicle.
D. The summons for the violation of this section shall be heard in the
East Hanover Municipal Court, and the penalty shall be at a minimum
of $100, but not to exceed $1,500.

A. Any
and all vehicles are hereby prohibited from entering the property,
36 Eagle Rock Avenue, from the Tuttle Avenue egress of the property.
B. Any
and all vehicles are hereby prohibited from making a left turn movement
from the property, 36 Eagle Rock Avenue, from the Tuttle Avenue egress
of the property.
C. Appropriate
signs on the property, 36 Eagle Rock Avenue, indicating "No Left Turn"
from the property onto Tuttle Avenue are to be posted in conspicuous
locations at the point of egress onto Tuttle Avenue, and "Exit Only"
and "Do Not Enter" are to be posted in conspicuous locations in the
parking lot and/or drive aisles facing Tuttle Avenue pursuant to the
Board-approved site plans.
D. The
East Hanover Police Department shall issue a summons to anyone violating
this section whenever any vehicle enters the egress marked to indicate
"Exit Only"/"Do Not Enter" or makes a left turn movement from such
egress when exiting the property onto Tuttle Avenue.
E. The
summons for the violation of this section shall be heard in the East
Hanover Municipal Court, and the penalty shall be at a minimum of
$100 but not to exceed $1,500.

A. Any and all unlicensed vehicles may be tagged and/or towed at the
owner's or operator's expense.
B. Any and all vehicles are hereby prohibited from entering the wrong
way on the one-way circulation on the property on 532 Ridgedale Avenue.
C. Appropriate signs on the property on 532 Ridgedale Avenue, indicating
"One-Way" and "Do Not Enter" are to be posted in conspicuous locations
at the point of egress onto 532 Ridgedale Avenue pursuant to the Board-approved
site plans.
D. Any and all trucks delivering gas, including diesel fuel, larger
than 40 feet in length are prohibited.
E. Gas station must be closed to the public while gas is being delivered.
F. Any and all trucks larger than 40 feet in length delivering gas,
including diesel fuel, are prohibited.
G. The East Hanover Police Department shall issue a summons to anyone
violating this section.
H. The East Hanover Police Department shall have any and all unlicensed
vehicles in violation of this section tagged and/or towed at the owner's
or operator's expense.
I. The summons for the violation of this section shall be heard in the
East Hanover Municipal Court, and the penalty shall be at a minimum
of $100 but not to exceed $1,500.
