Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-60, that the Good Will Fire Company
No. 1 and the Belvidere Ambulance Corps, be and hereby are authorized
to solicit contributions on any municipal or county highway or intersection
located within the Town of Belvidere.
Any other charitable organization as defined in N.J.S.A. 45:17A-20
may, upon written request and approval by the Town Council, solicit
contributions on any municipal county highway or intersection located
within the Town of Belvidere.
Solicitation on any county highway or intersection is herein
made subject to the approval of the Warren County Board of Commissioners.
