The office of the Environmental Control Officer is hereby established for the Township of Hampton, Sussex County, by the Hampton Township Board of Health.
The term of said office shall be three years.
The Environmental Control Officer shall be paid for all court appearances.
The Environmental Control Officer shall:
A. 
Enforce portions of the following chapters of the Code of the Township of Hampton:
(1) 
Housing, Chapter 65.
(2) 
Littering, Chapter 70.
(3) 
Mobile Homes, Chapter 72.
(4) 
Peddling and Soliciting, Chapter 78.
(5) 
Refrigerators, Abandoned, Chapter 82.
(6) 
Streets and Sidewalks, Chapter 88.
(7) 
Vehicles, Abandoned, Chapter 98.
(8) 
Nuisances, Public Health, Chapter 120.
B. 
Impound motorbikes under the provisions of the Nuisance Ordinance. Such impounded bikes shall be returned to the parent only upon payment of a towing or removal fee of $50 and $2 per day for storage, plus any court fine levied under the provisions of the Nuisance Ordinance, Chapter 120, and Title 39 of the New Jersey Revised Statutes regarding the operation of motor vehicles on county or township roads.
