From and after the adoption of this article,
it shall be unlawful for any person to store beneath any pier, pavilion,
the Boardwalk or approach thereto any property of any kind whatsoever.

Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be subject, upon conviction, to the penalties prescribed in § 79-7.
