No person shall be permitted to be nude or partially
nude and travel upon or be or appear on any street, the Boardwalk
or any other public place in Ventnor City, New Jersey.

Any person violating any of the provisions of
this article shall, upon conviction thereof before the Municipal Judge
or other officer having jurisdiction thereof, be subject to a fine
not exceeding $1,000 or to imprisonment in the county jail for a term
not exceeding 90 days, or both. In addition to or as a substitute
for the previously mentioned fine, the imposition of community service
shall be authorized as an additional penalty, which community service
shall not exceed 90 days.
