Whenever any words and phrases are used in this
article, the meanings respectively ascribed to them in Subtitle 39
of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey shall apply to such words and
phrases used herein.
Trucks over four tons' gross weight are hereby
excluded from the following described streets or parts of streets,
except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets:
