Subject to the ordinances of the Board of Health of the Township
of Vernon, any corporation or other organization which qualifies as
a charitable organization pursuant to I.R.S. Section 501(c)(3) shall
be permitted to engage in retail sales of merchandise regardless of
the restrictions imposed by any other ordinances of the Township of
Vernon, provided that the principal activities of such organization
are conducted within the Township of Vernon, and provided further
that any such sales shall be conducted only on private property.
