units and/or bedrooms allowed to be serviced by the system.
B. The supplier, and/or its agent, shall maintain an emergency service
telephone number on a twenty-four-hour-a-day, seven-day-a-week basis.
Every customer serviced by the system(s), the Vernon Township Health

attest to same and be kept on file and be made part of the permit.
B. In the event that any permit or certification required by this chapter
is denied by the Vernon Township Health Officer, a hearing shall be
held thereon before the Mayor and Township Council within 30 days
after the request is made by the applicant. Upon such hearing the
Mayor and Township Council shall grant or deny the issuance of the
permit and place the reason for its decision on the public record.
