The duly elected Tax Collector of the Borough
of Monaca is hereby appointed as the tax collector for collection
of Borough real estate taxes.
The Delinquent Tax Collector is authorized to
collect delinquent real estate taxes from January 1 through the third
Monday in April of the subsequent year in which said real estate taxes
are due.
