The maintenance, within the Borough of Prospect Park, of tourist cabins; trailer camps; single house trailers, occupied or unoccupied; truck and trailer truck parking lots; dumps; and automobile graveyards is hereby declared to be a nuisance.

This chapter shall not be construed to repeal any portion of the Zoning Ordinance of the Borough of Prospect Park, the Building Code of the Borough of Prospect Park, the Health Code of the Borough of Prospect Park[1] or any other ordinance of the Borough of Prospect Park regulating the same activities or offenses. In the event that any activities shall constitute an offense under this chapter and under some other ordinance, the provisions of either ordinance may be applied to prevent, abate or otherwise enforce the restrictions imposed upon the owners of establishments by this chapter or the other ordinance.

Any person operating or maintaining any of the establishments described in § 108-1 of this chapter after the date of the adoption of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation of this chapter.
Any person who shall violate any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine of not more than $300 and costs of such proceedings or, upon default of payment of such fines and costs, by imprisonment in the county jail for a term of not more than 30 days. The continuation of such violation for each successive day shall constitute a separate offense, and the person or persons allowing or permitting the continuation of the violation may be punished as provided above for each separate offense.
