This Legislature hereby determines that the standard workweek for a County Legislator consists of approximately 40 hours over a seven-day week.

This Legislature hereby determines that the standard number of hours which constitutes a full workday for a County Legislator consists of at least six hours per day.
The Clerk of the Legislature is hereby directed to forward a copy of this article to the New York State Comptroller.
