[HISTORY: Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of
Hollandale as Ch. 12, Secs. 12.03 and 12.15, of the 1999 Municipal
Code. Amendments noted where applicable.]
No person shall sell cigarettes in the Village without first
obtaining a license from the Clerk-Treasurer. The provisions of § 134.65,
Wis. Stats., are hereby adopted and made a part of this section by
reference.
The license fee shall be $10 per year.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter or any order, rule or regulation made hereunder shall be subject to a penalty as provided in § 1-3 of the Code of the Village of Hollandale.
