Subject to § 160-2 below and subject to the exception provided in § 961.41(3g)(e), Wis. Stats., no person shall possess marijuana, as defined in § 961.01(14), Wis. Stats.
This section shall not apply to a person who possesses more
than 25 grams of marijuana or to a person who is charged with possession
of any amount of marijuana following a conviction for possession of
marijuana in this state.
