B.
No roadside stand shall be maintained at a given location for a period of ten (10) days or less within a given year without first having obtained a permit to do so. A roadside stand permit shall be issued by the City Collector upon application and payment of the appropriate license fee pursuant to Section 605.160.

No permit to maintain a roadside
stand shall be required of any benevolent, religious, charitable,
fraternal or scientific organization or association.
