All new construction or major structural renovation within the
City of Bowling Green, Missouri, on or after January 1, 1991, shall
comply with the provisions of Sections 319.200 through 319.207, RSMo.,
as may thereafter be amended from time to time. Such State law requires
such new construction and major structural renovation to comply with
certain standards for seismic design and construction.
