These bylaws are intended to govern the administration of the
Board of Health of the Borough of Middlesex (hereinafter "Board of
Health"), organized in accordance with the provisions of the Act of
the Legislature of New Jersey entitled "An Act to Establish in this
State Boards of Health and a Bureau of Vital Statistics, and to Define
Their Respective Powers and Duties," under N.J.S.A. 26:3-1 et seq.,
which was approved March 31, 1887, and the several supplements thereto.
The members shall determine the fiscal year of the Board of
Health.
The principal office of the Board of Health is located at 1200
Mountain Avenue, Middlesex, NJ 08846.
