A.
The President shall appoint committees of one or more members, each
for such specific purposes as the business of the Board of Health
may require.
B.
Special committees for the study and investigation of special problems
or to deal with special issues shall be considered to be discharged
upon the completion of the purpose for which they were appointed and
after their final report is made to the Board of Health.
C.
All committee reports are to be presented and conveyed to the Secretary
for inclusion in the meeting minutes. Progress reports shall be presented
to the Board of Health at each of its meetings and be included in
the meeting minutes.
D.
No committee shall have other than advisory powers unless, by suitable
action of the Board of Health, it is granted specific power to act.
