There shall be established a Municipal Flood and Erosion Control
Board.
Said Board shall have the powers, responsibilities and obligations
as set forth in §§ 25-84 to 25-94, inclusive, of the
Connecticut General Statutes.
The Board of Selectmen pursuant to § 25-84 of the
Connecticut General Statutes shall be empowered to act as the Flood
and Erosion Control Board.
