No person shall establish, maintain or operate any massage establishment,
except establishments licensed pursuant to the Barber, Cosmetology,
Esthetics, and Nail Technology Act of 1985,[2] the Medical Practice Act of 1987,[3] the Illinois Physical Therapy Act,[4] the Physician Assistant Practice Act of 1987,[5] or the Podiatric Medical Practice Act of 1987.[6]
