The City of Long Branch shall implement the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:3-85.5
et seq. by making available to all resident registered owners of automobiles
an informed consent agreement and decal establishing participation in the
C.A.T. Program.
The City of Long Branch shall require all participants in the C.A.T.
program to pay a one-time fee of $3 per registered automobile representing
a reimbursement to the City of Long Branch for administering the C.A.T. Program
and the supplying of the informed consent agreements and decals.
