A.
The Borough of Churchill shall join the Allegheny County Health
Department effective August 1, 2000.[1]

Editor's Note: Former Ch. 49, Health, Board of, adopted 2-11-1958
by Ord. No. 215, was repealed 8-8-2000 by Ord. No. 675. Upon joining the County
Health Department, the Borough dissolved the Churchill Board of Health.
B.
The Borough of Churchill submits to the jurisdiction of Article
XV the Allegheny County Health Department Rules and Regulations empowering
the Allegheny County Health Department to carry out its duties mandated by
Article XV, including and not limited to performing plumbing inspections within
the Borough of Churchill.
