GENERAL REFERENCES

Pursuant to the powers vested in the Borough of Churchill, the borough
hereby adopts the following schedule of fees for the inspection of public
eating and drinking establishments and other facilities within the borough,
to wit:
A.
Any public restaurant or drinking establishment, country club or other similar facility open to or available to the public and serving food and beverages or both shall pay a fee as set forth in Chapter A315, Fee Schedule.

The fees may be amended at the sole discretion of Borough Council without
further notice.
After passing of said inspection and the payment of the appropriate
fee, the appropriate health officer of the borough shall issue to such establishment
or facility the appropriate permit or certificate.
