The Board of Trustees shall hereafter consist of nine members, one of whom shall be the Mayor, one of whom shall be the local Superintendent of Schools and seven citizens to be appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the governing body, at least four of whom shall be residents of the Borough.
The terms of the five citizen members presently serving on the Library Board of Trustees are hereby reconfirmed.
The Mayor, with the consent of the governing body, shall appoint two additional members of the Board.
The term of each of the members appointed in accordance with § 33-3 shall run from the date of appointment to December 31, 1992. Thereafter, their terms will be five years.
