GENERAL REFERENCES
Boarding homes for children — See Ch. 333.
Pursuant to the provisions of P.L. 1983, c. 492 (N.J.S.A. 30:5B-1),
the Child Care Licensing Act, N.J.S.A. 30:5B-1 et seq., as adopted by the
State Legislature of the State of New Jersey and all rules and regulations
adopted by the Department of Children and Families, is hereby accepted, adopted
and established as the standard to be used as a guide in the determining of
child-care centers, and licensing and regulation standards for the Borough
of Eatontown, and the Borough shall follow the aforesaid statutory provisions
and regulations with the State of New Jersey where provided, replacing the
Borough in the area of licensing, criminal background checks and other forms
of regulations previously handled by the Borough. A copy of the Child Care
Licensing Act shall be placed on file in the office of the Borough Clerk and
shall be available to all persons desiring to use and examine the same.
