It shall be unlawful to lease, bail or rent motor scooters, motorbikes
or motorcycles within the City limits of the City of North Wildwood.

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction
thereof, be punishable by a fine of not more than $1,250 or imprisonment for
a term not exceeding 90 days, or both.
