Motor scooters, motorbikes and motorcycles — See Ch. 300.
The use of three-wheeled vehicles known as "PPV's" (people-powered vehicles) and similar vehicles containing a low-slung aircraft-type three-wheel stance is hereby prohibited on all streets, other public rights-of-way and public grounds in the City of North Wildwood, New Jersey, during the period from May 15 through September 30 in each year.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,250 or by imprisonment not to exceed 90 days, or both.
