GENERAL REFERENCES
Firearms and weapons — See Ch. 233.
No person shall set or use a trap, snare or
other such device for catching or trapping animals or fowl within
the limits of the Borough unless he shall have first received written
permission to do so from the Police Department.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to the penalties provided by § 1-15 of this Code.
