A.
Except as otherwise provided in this code, any person
who shall in any manner by deed, act, act of commission or omission
violate any one or more of the provisions of this code shall, upon
conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000,
imprisonment for a period not exceeding 90 days and/or a period of
community service not exceeding 90 days.

B.
A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each
day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
