A.
For the purpose of establishing design, details and
standards for the construction, repair and maintenance of public works
projects within the Borough, including but not limited to streets
and street openings, there is hereby adopted by the Borough that certain
handbook of detail drawings entitled "Borough of Florham Park, Morris
County, New Jersey, Public Works Improvement Standards, Engineering
Department, dated November 7, 1974," and Street Design Handbook (1996).
Such standards shall be applicable to all related provisions of this
Code and may be amended from time to time by added drawings recommended
to the Borough Council and approved by it by resolution. A copy of
the Public Works Improvement Standards, 1974 Edition, as amended,
and the Street Design Handbook (1996) may be obtained from the Borough
Clerk upon payment of a fee as shall be established from year to year.
B.
For the purpose of establishing design requirements
for public roads located within the Borough, there is hereby adopted
by the Borough a handbook of basic road classifications and design
principles entitled "Street Design Handbook 1996, Borough of Florham
Park." Such design requirements shall be applicable to all related
provisions of this Code and may be amended by resolution. A copy of
the Street Design Handbook, 1996 Edition, as amended, may be obtained
from the Borough Clerk upon payment of a fee as shall be established
from year to year.
