[Adopted 11-6-1974 by Ord. No. 992 as
Ch. 33, Art. II of the 1967 Code]
No person, firm or corporation shall sell or
display for sale any fireworks or blank cartridges in the Borough
of Ridgefield.
Any person, firm or corporation who or which
shall violate any of the provisions of this Article shall, upon conviction,
pay a fine of not exceeding two hundred dollars ($200.) for each offense,
in the discretion of the Magistrate before whom said conviction shall
be had, and in default of the payment of said fine, the individual
may be imprisoned in the county jail for a period of not exceeding
ninety (90) days, in the discretion of such Magistrate.
