A.
The fee for administration of non-Medicare-reimbursed
pneumococcal vaccine shall be $70.

B.
The fee for administration of non-Medicare-reimbursed
influenza vaccine shall be $25. Said fee shall not apply to persons
with underlying chronic medical conditions.
