The Borough of East Rutherford, through the
implementation by the Public Works and Utilities Commission of the
Borough of East Rutherford,[1] does hereby adopt in whole the prior revised rate schedule
of the former East Rutherford Sewerage Authority, including but not
limited to all fees relative to connections, flow, fixture units,
and so forth. The same is incorporated herein by reference.[2]
