Editor's Note: This ordinance revised and replaced former Ch.
53, Personnel, adopted 6-18-1996 by Ord. No. 96-22, as amended. A copy of
the Employee Handbook adopted by this ordinance is on file in the office of
the East Rutherford Borough Clerk for inspection by the public, and all employees
receiving said handbook are required to sign an acknowledgement of receipt
to be maintained in their official personnel files.
