Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VII (§ 143-38), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as through streets. Stop signs shall be installed on the near right side of each street intersecting the through street except where yield signs are provided for in the designations. All Mantua Township streets not expressly designated as through streets in Schedule VII shall be considered streets where through traffic is prohibited. The Township Streets and Roads Department may, at the direction of the Township Committee, place a sign reading "No Thru Street" at a particular nonthrough street to indicate that the street is to be used only for travel to local residences along the designated nonthrough roadway.
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the intersections described in Schedule VIII (§ 143-39), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the intersections described in Schedule IX (§ 143-40), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
