GENERAL REFERENCES
Administrative Code — See Ch. 5.
There shall be a Department of Information Technology Services
(ITS), which shall be headed by the Information Technology Services
(ITS) Manager. Said Department shall consist of all positions presently
established and allocated to Budget Account 2300.
The Information Technology Services (ITS) Manager shall have
the power to appoint such deputies, assistants and employees in his
office as shall be authorized by the County Legislature.
