[Adopted 3-16-1966 (Ch. 177, Art. IV, of the 1974 Code)]
There is hereby created the office of Deputy Sanitary Inspector for the Board of Health.
The Deputy Sanitary Inspector shall be duly licensed and shall qualify in accordance with the statutes of the State of New Jersey in such case made and provided.
The Deputy Sanitary Inspector shall assist the Sanitary Inspector whenever required and, in the absence of the Sanitary Inspector, shall assume and perform all the duties of the Sanitary Inspector.
A. 
The office shall be a part-time office, and appointments to the office shall terminate on December 31 of each year.
B. 
The incumbent shall receive compensation as provided in the annual Salary Ordinance adopted by the Board of Health.[1]
