[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Somers 4-8-1969
by resolution; amended in its entirety 7-8-1982 by resolution. Subsequent
amendments noted where applicable.]
The name of the Narcotics Guidance Council shall be changed to the Drug
Abuse Prevention Council, and said Council shall operate pursuant to all of
the provisions of General Municipal Law, Article 12-E, § 239-u,
as amended in 1977.
