No person shall, within or without said parks, discharge into
the waters of the Borough or any tributary river, brook, stream, storm
sewer, or drain flowing into said waters any substance that may result
in the pollution of said waters.
No person shall throw, deposit, or leave litter or recyclable material within the Borough's parks except in designated receptacles provided therefore. The designated areas may be intended for disposing of personal consumption amounts of trash. See § 171-56, Dumping, below. Overall, visitors to the parks are encouraged to follow the motto: "if you carry it in, you must carry it out."
No person or company shall dump any material anywhere within
or the Borough's parks without the written authorization of the Borough.
This is to include depositing in any dumpster, waste station, garbage
can, or recycling can any waste that is generated outside of the Borough's
parks.
