GENERAL REFERENCES
Public health nuisances — See Ch. 165.
All governmental buildings and facilities within the Township of Haddon,
including all buildings and facilities maintained by the Haddon Township Board
of Education, are hereby declared to be smoke-free environments, and all smoking
is hereby banned and prohibited in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A.
26:3D-46 through N.J.S.A. 26:3D-54.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
The burning of a lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe or any other matter
or substance which contains tobacco.
Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be subject
to a fine not to exceed $25.
