[Adopted 5-27-1980 by Ord. No. 80-14]
The Mayor of the Borough of Kenilworth is hereby empowered to
provide by regulation for the closing of any street or a portion thereof
to motor vehicle traffic on any day or days or during specified hours
on any day or days whenever he finds that such closing is necessary
for welfare.
Such regulations shall provide for the posting of proper warning
signs of such closing in the street or portion thereof during the
time the same is closed and shall also provide penalties for the violation
thereof, which shall be a fine not to exceed $500 for each violation.
