Editor's Note: Original Art. XII, Milk and Milk Products, which referred to Ord. No. 677, Art. V, Sections 10 to 16, inclusive, adopted 12-22-1952, as amended by Ord. No. 879, adopted 9-8-1970, was deleted 4-7-1977 by Ord. No. 948, approved 4-4-1977. This subject matter is no longer under Borough control. See 31 P.S. § 645 et seq. and 71 P.S. § 451 and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
The Board of Health is hereby authorized and
empowered to make and adopt and to change from time to time a schedule
of fees, not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter, for
the issuance or renewal of licenses, and upon the approval thereof
by resolution of Borough Council, to collect such fees and pay them
over to the Borough Secretary.

The Board of Health is hereby authorized and
empowered to certify doctors' signatures on vaccination certificates
required for persons traveling outside of the continental United States
where the Board of Health is familiar with the identity of said doctors.
The fee for such certification shall be the sum of $1 where the applicant
is a resident of the Borough of Prospect Park and a sum of $5 where
the applicant is a nonresident of the Borough of Prospect Park.
