The Town passes a Town ordinance to require the presence at
the Annual Meetings of the Chairman or representative of the Board
of Selectmen, Water Board, School Board, Board of Trustees, Library
Trustees, Town Treasurer, Tax Collector, Auditors and Highway Agent.
Current books for the year for each department shall be in evidence.

The Town votes that the election of the school district officers
shall, at the time of the Annual Town Meeting of 1980 and thereafter,
be by secret ballot at the Annual Tuesday Town Meeting.
