The following activities and behavior are strictly prohibited in the Riverview Memorial Park:
A. 
Use of skateboards and bicycles.
B. 
Consumption of alcoholic beverages.[1]

C. 
The walking of any dog or cat, or any other domesticated animal, leashed or not.
D. 
Use of any illegal drugs.
E. 
Any acts of vandalism or criminal mischief.
Any person convicted of any activity in § 200-1 supra shall be subject to the following fines:
A. 
First offense: $10 and court costs.
B. 
Second offense: $50 and court costs.
C. 
Third offense and subsequent convictions: $600 and court costs.
D. 
Any person refusing or neglecting to pay fines and costs is subject to up to 30 days confinement in the Allegheny County jail.
The Borough shall post notices at main entrances to the Riverview Memorial Park of the acts of behavior prohibited and that fines are up to $600 for violations.
This chapter shall be read and enforced pari materia with Chapter 177 of the Borough Code.
