The Borough of Tyrone shall continue to be a municipal corporation
under its present name "Borough of Tyrone." As used in this Charter,
the word "Borough" shall mean the Borough of Tyrone in Blair County,
Pennsylvania.
The boundaries of the Borough shall be the actual boundaries
of the Borough at the time this Charter takes effect and as they may
be lawfully changed thereafter.
