The boundaries of the City as now constituted are as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the west City limits of the City of St. Louis with the south line of Delmar Boulevard (80 feet wide); thence southwardly along the west City limit line of the City of St. Louis to the south line of Forest Park Parkway (formerly Rock Island Railroad right-of-way); thence westwardly along the south line of Forest Park Parkway to the east line of Big Bend Boulevard (60 feet wide); thence southwardly along the east line of Big Bend Boulevard (60 feet wide) to a point five hundred (500) feet south of the south line of Forsyth Boulevard (80 feet wide); thence westwardly along a line five hundred (500) feet south of and parallel to the said south line of Forsyth Boulevard to a point three hundred (300) feet east of the west line of U.S. Survey 378; thence northwardly along a line three hundred (300) feet east of and parallel to the said west line of U.S. Survey 378 to the north line of Block One (1) of Maryland Terrace Subdivision; thence westwardly along the north line of Block One (1) of Maryland Terrace Subdivision and its prolongation westwardly to the centerline of Jackson Avenue, said centerline being the west line of U.S. Survey 378; thence northwardly along the centerline of Jackson Avenue, said centerline being the west line of U.S. Survey 378, to the eastwardly prolongation of the south line of Alta Dena Subdivision; thence westwardly along the south line of said eastwardly prolongation of the south line of Alta Dena Subdivision, and continuing along the said south line of said Alta Dena Subdivision, and its prolongation westwardly to a point four hundred (400) feet west of the west line of Hanley Road, said point being in the eastern City limits line of the City of Clayton; thence northwardly along a line four hundred (400) feet west of and parallel to the west line of Hanley Road, said line being the eastern City limits line of the City of Clayton, to its intersection with the south line of West Delmar Subdivision; thence westwardly along the south line of West Delmar Subdivision and continuing westwardly along the south line of Delmar Heights Subdivision and along the south line of New Delmar Heights Subdivision to a point thirty (30) feet west of the west line of West Bemiston Subdivision; thence southwardly along a line thirty (30) feet west of and parallel to the west line of West Bemiston Subdivision for a distance of one hundred seventy (170) feet to a point; thence westwardly along a line one hundred seventy (170) feet south of and parallel to the center of Lafon Place (as originally dedicated 40 feet wide) to the west line of Gay Avenue (40 feet wide); thence northwardly along the said west line of Gay Avenue to the south line of University View Subdivision; thence westwardly along the south line of University View Subdivision to the west line of said University View Subdivision; thence southwardly along the west line of said University View Subdivision to the south line of Lot One (1) of Fanita Park Subdivision, now Delcrest Subdivision; thence westwardly and southwestwardly along the south line of Lot One (1) of Fanita Park Subdivision, now Delcrest Subdivision, to its intersection with the east line of the St. Louis Belt and Terminal Railroad right-of-way (100 feet wide); thence northwardly along the east line of said St. Louis Belt and Terminal Railroad right-of-way to its intersection with a straight line between the southeast corner of Boschert's Addition to Clayton and a point one hundred fifty (150) feet west of the west line of U.S. Survey 1919, and one hundred seventy (170) feet south of the south line of U.S. Survey 2033; thence westwardly along said straight line to its terminus at the southeast corner of Boschert's Addition to Clayton; thence westwardly along the south line of Boschert's Addition to Clayton and continuing westwardly along the south line of Delprice Subdivision and the south line of Westridge Court Subdivision to the centerline of Price Road, as laid out originally forty (40) feet wide; thence northwardly along the said centerline of Price Road to the centerline of Delmar Boulevard (80) feet wide; thence eastwardly along the centerline of Delmar Boulevard (80 feet wide) to its intersection with a line one hundred fifty-five (155) feet west of the east line of Lepere Street (40 feet wide); thence northwardly along a line one hundred fifty-five (155) feet west of and parallel to the east line of Lepere Street (40 feet wide) and along the continuation of the east line of Lepere Street to its intersection with a line one hundred (100) feet north of and parallel to the southern boundary line of the subdivision of the R.C.A. Latham Estate; thence eastwardly along a line one hundred (100) feet north of and parallel to the southern boundary line of said subdivision of the R.C.A. Latham Estate to the centerline of the St. Louis Belt and Terminal Railway right-of-way (100 feet wide); thence northwardly, northeastwardly and eastwardly following the centerline of the St. Louis Belt and Terminal Railroad right-of-way (100 feet wide) to a point one hundred fifty (150) feet west of the west line of North and South Boulevard (40 feet wide); thence northwardly along said line one hundred fifty (150) feet west of and parallel to the west line of North and South Boulevard (40 feet wide) to its intersection with the prolongation westwardly of the southerly lines of Lots One (1) to Thirteen (13), inclusive, of Fairham Subdivision; thence eastwardly along said prolongation and along the south lines of Lots One (1) to Thirteen (13), inclusive, of Fairham Subdivision to the southeast corner of Lot Thirteen (13) of said Fairham Subdivision, being in the west line of Harrison Avenue (50 feet wide); thence southwardly along the west line of Harrison Avenue (50 feet wide) to its intersection with a line two hundred four (204) feet south of and parallel to the south line of Page Avenue (80 feet wide); thence eastwardly along said line two hundred four (204) feet south of and parallel to the south line of Page Avenue (80 feet wide) to the west line of Hanley Road (60 feet wide); thence diagonally in a northeasterly direction across Hanley Road (60 feet wide) to a point in the east line thereof, said point being distant one hundred twenty (120) feet south of the south line of Page Boulevard (100 feet wide, as measured at right angles thereto); thence southeastwardly along a line one hundred twenty (120) feet south of and parallel to the south line of Page Avenue (100 feet wide) to a point in the north line of the St. Louis Belt and Terminal Railroad right-of-way; thence across the right-of-way of the St. Louis Belt and Terminal Railroad to a point in the south line of said right-of-way where it intersects a line one hundred fifty-seven (157) feet and six (6) inches south of and parallel to the south line of Page Avenue (100 feet wide); thence southeastwardly along a line one hundred fifty-seven (157) feet and six (6) inches south of and parallel to the south line of Page Avenue (100 feet wide) to the centerline of a public alley (15 feet wide), running north and south between lots Ten (10) to Twenty-four (24), Twenty-six (26) to Thirty-eight (38), Thirty-nine (39) to Fifty-one (51), and Fifty-three (53) to Sixty-three (63) in Highland View Subdivision, which centerline is distant one hundred fifty-seven (157) feet six (6) inches east of the east line of Quendo Avenue (50 feet wide); thence southwardly along the centerline of said public alley in Highland View Subdivision, crossing Boynton Avenue, and continuing southwardly to the centerline of Canton Avenue (60 feet wide) (formerly Benoist Avenue); which centerline, at this point, is co-incident with the township line between Township Forty-five (45) North and Township Forty-six (46) North; thence eastwardly along said Township line to the centerline of Pennsylvania Avenue (60 feet wide); thence southwardly along the centerline of Pennsylvania Avenue to the prolongation westwardly of the north line of Pershing Heights Subdivision; thence eastwardly along the said prolongation and along the north line of Pershing Heights Subdivision and its prolongation eastwardly to the centerline of Ferguson Avenue (60 feet wide); thence southwardly along the centerline of Ferguson Avenue to its intersection with the prolongation westwardly of the north line of Bellemoor Park Amended Subdivision; thence eastwardly along said prolongation and along the north line of Bellemoor Park Amended Subdivision to the west line of West Lawn Subdivision; thence northwardly along the west line of said West Lawn Subdivision to the centerline of Julian Avenue (60 feet wide); thence eastwardly along the said centerline of Julian Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of Sutter Avenue; thence southwardly along the centerline of Sutter Avenue to its intersection with a line one hundred (100) feet north of the north line of Bartmer Avenue (60 feet wide); thence eastwardly along a line one hundred (100) feet north of and parallel to the north line of said Bartmer Avenue to its intersection with the prolongation northwardly of a line one hundred (100) feet east of and parallel to the east line of Leona Avenue (40 feet wide); thence southwardly along the northerly prolongation of the said line one hundred (100) feet east of and parallel to the east line of Leona Avenue along said line one hundred (100) feet east of and parallel to the east line of Leona Avenue and its southerly prolongation to its intersection with a line one hundred fifty (150) feet north of and parallel to the north line of Olive Street Road, now Olive Boulevard (as originally laid out 60 feet wide); thence eastwardly along said line one hundred fifty (150) feet north of and parallel to the north line of Olive Street Road, now Olive Boulevard (as originally laid out 60 feet wide) to its intersection with the west City limit line of the City of St. Louis; thence southwestwardly along the west City limit line of the City of St. Louis to its intersection with the south line of Delmar Boulevard, the point of beginning.

A. 
The City shall be divided into three (3) wards with the boundaries as follows:
1. 
First Ward. The First Ward shall consist of that portion of the City lying south and west of the following described line: beginning at a point at the eastern limits of the City at the centerline of Delmar Boulevard, thence westwardly along the centerline of Delmar Boulevard to the centerline of Center Drive, thence northwardly along the centerline of Center Drive to the centerline of Stanford Avenue, thence westwardly along the centerline of Stanford Avenue to the centerline of Gay Avenue, thence northwardly along the centerline of Gay Avenue to the intersection of the centerline of Groby Road and the centerline of 81st Street, thence westwardly along the centerline of Groby Road and the centerline of Old Bonhomme Road to the west boundary of 2020 Census Tract 215700, thence northwardly along the west boundary of 2020 Census Tract 215700 to the north boundary of 2020 Census Tract 215802 to the western limits of the City.
2. 
Second Ward. The Second Ward shall consist of that portion of the City lying north and east of the boundaries of the First Ward, as described above, and lying south of a line described as follows: beginning at a point at the intersection of the eastern City limits and the centerline of Olive Boulevard, thence northwestwardly along the centerline of Olive Boulevard to the centerline of 81st Street, thence southwardly along the centerlines of 81st Street and Gay Avenue to the intersection with the centerline of Stanford Avenue, hence eastwardly to the centerline of Center Drive, hence southwardly to its intersection with the centerline of Delmar Boulevard.
3. 
Third Ward. The Third Ward shall consist of the remaining portion of the City lying north of the northernmost limits of the First and Second Wards, as described above, and south of the northern limits of the City.
