The Crystal Lake Pool is a municipally owned and operated pool.
The purpose of this chapter is to establish and/or ratify the requirements
for membership to the Crystal Lake Pool and to establish, ratify and/or
confirm the rules and regulations regarding access and use of the
Crystal Lake Pool by members and their guests.
As used in this chapter, the following words shall have the
meanings indicated:
A person or individual of the age of 18 years or older.
The age of a person or individual as of May 1 of each year.
A person other than a parent or legal guardian of a child
responsible for the care and maintenance of a child in the absence
of the child's parent or legal guardian.
Person(s) or individual(s) under the age of 18 years.
A single residential unit residing in the same household
to include two parents (a mother and father, civil union couple or
domestic partners) and two or more dependent children.
The Board of Commissioners of the Township of Haddon.
A person or individual who is not a member of the pool and
who is accompanied to the pool by a member.
A person or individual who has paid a membership fee, holds
a valid membership tag and is and remains in good standing as a member
of the pool.
A person or individual who does not reside and/or dwell permanently
or continuously within the municipal borders of the Township of Haddon.
The Crystal Lake Pool.
The entire area owned by the Township that encompasses the
Crystal Lake Pool and its amenities, including but not limited to
the pools, pool patios, all buildings associated and/or operated with
the pool, the playground and/or open space areas.
The municipal employee designated by the Township as having
responsibility for managing and/or operating the Crystal Lake Pool
and/or his or her designee.
All persons who work under the direct or indirect supervision
of the Pool Manager, whether as an employee of the Township or as
a volunteer.
A person or individual who resides and/or dwells permanently
or continuously within the municipal borders of the Township of Haddon.
The period of time within the calendar year during which
the pool is open for use and enjoyment by members, guests of members
and/or daily admission pass holders.
