The hours of operation of the Crystal Lake Pool shall be established annually by the Pool Manager, subject to the review and approval of the Director of Public Works, Parks and Public Property. The hours of operation shall be included in the Crystal Lake Pool Handbook. The hours of operation may also include times allotted for swim lessons, swim practice, adult swim, water exercise classes, the toddler wading pool, lap lanes for adults and the like.
The Pool Manager shall be responsible for ensuring proper maintenance and hygiene of the pools and proper maintenance of the pool area and shall establish a pool maintenance schedule which shall be included in the hours of operation.
Notwithstanding any other law, rule or regulation, violation of the following shall be deemed unlawful:
A. 
No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the pool area.
B. 
No gambling is permitted in the pool area.
C. 
No pets or animals are permitted in the pool area.
D. 
Smoking shall be permitted only in areas designated for same.
E. 
Access to and/or use of the pool area by persons who are not members, guests of members or daily admission pass holders is prohibited, and no trespassing is permitted by any unauthorized person, individual or group of persons or individuals when the pool is closed.
F. 
No person or individual shall destroy or otherwise damage any real or personal property within or without the pool area.
A. 
Pursuant to § 99-6D, any person found by the Pool Manager to be acting or conducting himself or herself in violation of any of the rules and regulations governing the use and enjoyment of the pool and/or any requirement and/or other provision of this chapter may be removed from the pool area by the Pool Manager or the Haddon Township Police. In the event a person is removed pursuant hereto, an incident report shall be completed and maintained on file in the office of the Pool Manager which describes the events resulting in the removal, a description of the events occurring during the removal and whether the Haddon Township Police were called to assist with and/or effectuate such removal.
B. 
In addition to removal from the pool area, any person or persons who violate any provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation promulgated hereunder shall, upon conviction, be punishable by a fine not exceeding $1,000, or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both.[1]
