The Town Supervisor, Town Council Members, Town Clerk, Receiver
of Taxes and Superintendent of Highway may not serve more than three
(3) consecutive terms of office in the same elective office. Such
limitation on the number of terms to be served shall be applicable
to those elected to office in the year 2017 and thereafter.
