The Explosives Code of St. Louis County, adopted as Ordinance
No. 2703 on July 27, 2021, is hereby adopted as the Explosives Code
of the City of Florissant, as amended by ordinances of the City. All
amendments of the St. Louis County Explosives Code as adopted by the
City prior to February 13, 1989, are hereby reaffirmed in their entirety
to apply to the codes herein adopted.

Any person, firm, corporation, Limited Liability Company or other business entity who shall violate any provision of this code shall be subject to the penalties of Section 100.080 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Florissant.
