An administrative processing fee of $100 shall accompany all applications
submitted to the Director of Community and Economic Development in support
of the Rental Rehabilitation.
The administrative processing fee of $100 should be deposited in the
CDBG account.
The Director of Community and Economic Development is authorized to
represent the City of Long Branch in the collection of the one-hundred-dollar
administrative processing fee.
